• Corrections. A rate changed, an interface was redesigned, a step no longer works — include the URL or a screenshot of what you're seeing. These get handled first.
• Source verification. If you want to cite this site in reporting, research or a compliance document, write in and we'll send the verification sources and screenshot dates behind that article.
• Republication and translation. Non-commercial reposting is fine with attribution and a link to the original. For commercial republication, translation or redistribution, tell us the intended use first.
• Collaboration. We don't accept paid placement, sponsored posts or link sales, but we're open to tool collaborations, data verification and editorial corrections.
• Legal and compliance. Including data deletion requests, jurisdiction-specific issues, and feedback on how we disclose our referral relationship.

Questions we won't answer

• “Should I buy now?” “What do you think of coin X?” This site gives no investment advice and makes no market calls. These emails don't get a reply.
• Account problems. We are not an exchange's employee or agent. We cannot see your account, unfreeze it, speed up a review, recover a transfer sent to the wrong address, or fix a stuck withdrawal. Those must go through the platform's official support.
• Managing money for you. No discretionary trading, no custody, no task farming — in any form.
• Anything involving secrets. We will never ask you for a seed phrase, private key, password or verification code, and we will never ask you to install remote access software. Anyone who does is running a scam, whoever they claim to be.

Response times

This is a small team. Email usually gets a reply within a few working days. Corrections move fastest; collaboration enquiries that don't state a concrete purpose may not get a reply at all. Please don't send the same question several times — it only pushes you further back in the queue.
